DEADLINE
The full paper and poster summary must be received not later than March 17th, 2011.
Note: Papers and posters received after that date will not be included in the Conference Proceedings and will not be presented during the meeting.
Authors must pay the registration for the Conference to have their manuscripts and posters published in the Proceedings and to present a paper during the Conference.
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
• The paper should be prepared using Times New Roman font. Authors are strongly requested to follow these instructions to ensure the production of a high-quality proceedings.
• The overall length of the poster abstract is limited to 400 words, about 1 page in the Proceedings.
• Do not embed any formatting commands.
• Do not use images.
• Double space the entire abstract by using the appropriate line spacing command in the word-processing program.
• Use only a single space after a period or other punctuation.
ABSTRACT
Title
The title should be in all capital letters, in the center of the page. It should be concise and informative, without abbreviations (for example: spell out United Kingdom, do not use UK), and include the order and family names (in parentheses) of plants and animals referred to in the title.
• Do not include the authors of scientific names used in the title; for example: Blattella germanica, not Blattella germanica (L.). Do not use both the common name and the scientific name.
• Do not use commercial product names in the title.
Authors
One line space below the title should begin the authors. Give the full names and affiliations of all authors; use superscript numbers to identify authors and affiliations. Do not use titles, such as Dr. Ms., Engr.
Abstract
The Abstract should be an informative summary of the significant contents and main conclusions of the research presented. Generally, the length of the abstract is 10% of the manuscript text, and should be one paragraph.
• DO NOT USE THE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED ABSTRACT.
• Use commercial product names only at the first mention, thereafter use common or chemical name.
• Do not indent the word Abstract, use upper and lower case, bold, and no punctuation following the word, just two spaces.
Key Words
On a separate line following the Abstract type Key Words; no indentation, use upper and lower case; give three to six key words or phrases for indexing purposes.
• Do not repeat words used in the title.
SUBMISSION
The manuscript should be in Microsoft Word format, and should be uploaded at the conference web site.
To submit:

2. Sign in with your account
3. Select "Abstract submission" from the left-side menu
4. Find, by the title, the abstract that you wish to upload the paper file, and click "Upload paper file"
5. Scroll down the screen till the upload section and click "Upload".
6. Browse for the file and click "Upload"
7. Click "Submit" to complete.
Please use, in your file, the original abstract title and authorship order. If there are any changes in the full paper title and authors inform the secretariat in a separate mail to avoid any confusion.
If you need to correct a previously submitted file, please contact the secretariat.

Introduction
The introduction should clearly state the purpose (aims and objectives) of the paper. It should include key references to appropriate work, but should not be an historical or complete literature review.
Materials and Methods
Methods should be described in sufficient detail to allow the work to be repeated. References should be used where appropriate to avoid repetition of established methods and techniques. The origin of materials and/or suppliers of equipment should be named.
In a subsection titled Data Analysis describe all statistical methods. Specify the experimental design, number of replications, and sample sizes. Provide a citation for the statistical test and list the reference in the References Cited. Only t-tests and analyses of variance require no citation. Cite the computer program user's manual in the References Cited.
Manuscript Text
Do not use '&' in the title, text, citations, or in references cited, unless part of the original logo (such as Chapman & Hall).
• Use product names only at the first mention in the text (Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion), thereafter use the chemical or common name.
• Spell out the word Image in the text, do not use Fig. or Img. in the text or for the actual image legend.
• Abbreviations should be defined in parentheses after their first mention in the text.
• The scientific name of plants and animals should be written in full the first time it appears in the text, including the authority, e.g. Blattella germanica (L.). On subsequent occasions, the generic name is abbreviated and the authority omitted, e.g. B. germanica.
References in Text
These should be cited in the text as follows:
• one author - Smith (1996) or (Smith, 1996)
• two authors - Smith and Brown (1966) or (Smith and Brown, 1966);
o do not use (Smith & Brown, 1966)
• three or more authors - Smith et al. (1966) or (Smith et al., 1966);
o do not place et al. in italics
Results
Results should be presented in a logical sequence. Use tables and images as appropriate.
Discussion
The discussion should emphasize the implications and practical significance of the findings, their limitations, and relevance to previous studies. When appropriate the Results and Discussion sections may be combined.
References Cited
References should be listed alphabetically by surname, giving the year of publication, title of paper, journal title, volume number and first and last page numbers. If there are multiple resources by the same author, arrange the single-authored entries first, in chronological order, followed by multi-authored works alphabetized by surname. Papers by the same author(s) in the same year should be distinguished by the letters a, b, c, etc.
Book references should include their edition, editors(s), publisher and place of publication.
• Do not cite papers or books that are in progress or in press.
• Double space all bibliographic references.
• Use complete closing page numbers (e.g. 283-289, not 283-9).
• Do not space between initials of the author, single space after year.
• List all authors and initials, do not use et al.
